Tasks and Mission

Vision

Capitalise optimally on the research results to promote the importance of CODA-CERVA for primary animal production, public health and food safety.

Strategy and objectives

  • Centralise our research results and valuations, publish the most relevant among them on our intranet and on the CODA-CERVA website, and disseminate information to underscore the added value of CODA-CERVA for animal health, public health and the safety of the food chain.
  • Ensure communication on specific means and resources, such as the NeoLims, the environment and biosafety, new infrastructures and facilities, etc.

Strategic objectives
  • Support the heads of the operational units and support services, as well as scientists, in order to optimise the management of their projects and activities (planning, resource management, centralisation of documentation and valuations, etc.)
  • Report the results and valuations, including the deployed means and resources, to the management board.
  • Make the scientific work and research results of CODA-CERVA staff known, including to the outside world, to enhance the visibility of CODA-CERVA.

Operational objectives
  • Develop a methodology to identify, centralise and communicate to others (inside and outside CODA-CERVA) the research results and valuations of the researchers.
  • Provide a functional, up-to-date intranet, including efficient documentation management (Sharepoint)
  • Design a modern, up-to-date website that reflects the research projects and activities in progress at CODA-CERVA
